The new owners of this remodeled elegant Lakeview condo reached out to us when construction on the building the condo they planned to purchased had already begun.  The plans needed a lot of tweaking before they could be finalized and in the end, it was just like building a new home.  All of the selections were custom, from laundry room tile to bathroom sinks and the window and door trim.  Acting as the Owner's Rep on this project, we redesigned the kitchen layout, adding square footage and altering the layout to better fit the needs of the family. We also assisted on selections of materials throughout, helped the contractor locate plumbing and electrical locations, designed the Master Bathroom and 3 additional bathrooms, the fireplace, cabinetry in the family room and worked with the Owner through the rest of the home's selections and decisions.

The kitchen, originally smaller and closed off, has a butler's pantry pass through from the private elevator lobby. The interiors of the cabinets are natural walnut.  The large master bathroom is classically designed with marble counters and a chevron marble floor.
