Home is where the heart is . . . But sometimes you just need a little more space to meet your needs. So, when this Hyde Park native’s childhood home came on the market, she and her family wasted no time in making the move “back home”. We quickly started the process of reinventing the spaces and updating the interior aesthetic.

The main space planning project was a reconfiguration of the existing primary bedroom and hall bathroom into a new primary suite with it’s own bathroom and a separate hall bath.
We ended up touching every room in the home, repurposing existing furniture and supplementing with new pieces throughout, painting and putting up new wallcoverings and selecting and adding new lighting. The result is a fresh yet eclectic look that adds a touch of contemporary style while maintaining the warmth and character of the original spaces.
