MPink Design collaborated with a Ross Castle Builders on this new construction home in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. Being involved from the beginning allowed for a more streamlined design process and resulted in a more tailored layout. MPink provided consultation services for the layout, determining exact locations of all the components and dimensions of the spaces to maximize flow and functionality. We then moved into the interior design, material and product selection process and stayed involved until the final touches were completed. With the owner, MPink selected everything from mirrors and decorative light fixtures, to countertops and tile, to tables and chairs.

The interiors at this home are modern yet warm and inviting. This was achieved by a careful mix of rich and natural materials along contrasting tones and pattern. This approach led to a truly unique style specific to the owners taste while conveying a universal appeal.
